Richard Furber - Corporate DevelopmentRichard is the president and founding partner of European American Capital Corp. a (Boston) boutique investment banking firm focused on the broadly defined Information Technology, Healthcare, Sustainable-Renewable Energy and Financial Services industries. Prior to his forming EACC (1997), Mr. Furber spent 17 years working in prominent positions for Wall Street firms. He was managing director for Lehman Brothers International in London (directing over two hundred Initial Public Offerings) and previous to that he served for six years as president of Dean Witter Capital Markets International in London (including 14 branches in Europe and the Far East). Mr Furber has raised $80,000,000 for client companies over the previous nine years and was the founder of a number of healthcare and bio-medical companies including Biological Technologies International, Inc., a cutting edge bio-medical device company, and MediMerge Group, LLC. an integrative healthcare company (currently serving as Chairman). He has served on the board of the NYSE listed Schroder Asian Growth Fund, and currently sits on the following Boards; EACC, MediMerge Group, LLC, Special Needs Corp and Devonshire Resources, LLC.  George Gitschel - Material Handling ConsultantGeorge is Founder and CEO of Rose Waste Systems, Inc. The company was incorporated 1987. Rose supplies its clients with a comprehensive array of the world's finest recycling, refuse and scrap handling equipment. Several companies located throughout the world manufacture these systems to Rose specifications. Rose also represents several alternative energy technologies that turn waste into renewable energy, in an environmentally safe fashion. Rose provides customers with unparalleled sales and service excellence. Rose has sold well over $100,000,000 in machinery systems and helped to develop projects and secure client contracts valued at well over $1,000,000,000. Rose clients are leaders within private industry, as well as governmental agencies. Prior to founding Rose, Mr. Gitschel was President and Co-Founder of Nationwide Waste Systems, Inc. NWS was a waste compaction and recycling equipment rental company. This firm formed relationships with five equipment manufacturers, utilizing their respective distribution networks and service subcontractors, to rent and maintain equipment throughout the Continental United States. Nationwide Waste worked with over 100 independent sales representatives to place this rental equipment into service.  Sky Canyon - Business DevelopmentFor the last several years, Sky has worked in the alternative fuels and cleantech arena in a number of capacities, including the sale of palm oil from ecologically sustainable plantations, development of algae oil for biodiesel, and international marketing of a highly advanced fuel catalyst for pollution reduction. Beginning in 2001, he worked as Director of Business Development for Mentor Capital Consultants, Inc, an investment banking firm focused on small issue public offerings.
